How long before en-route shipping?
We are blessed with many orders, and are needing approximately 4 weeks before en-route shipping through UPS Ground. You will receive an email from UPS Quantum View when your shipping label is created. You will also receive an Etsy message stating your order has shipped along with a place to track your order.
How long are delivery times?
UPS Ground is fairly quick. We are located in Missouri. UPS should take approximately 2-3 days to deliver your order.
What carpet color choices do you offer?
We offer neutral tan and neutral gray carpeting only. We are unable to guarantee shades/tones of your carpet color choice.
Tell me about your custom inlaid paw prints?
We offer custom inlaid paw prints only in the color black. These cute paw prints are strictly aesthetic and offer no traction.
How are your steps and ramps built ?
All our items are built one at a time and after your purchase. We use only wood and screw construction. Not nails, staples or plastic like others you may find on the internet or big box stores. You wont be disappointed !
Can I put only one rail on an adjustable dog ramp?
Yes, you can. Due to shipping and packaging reasons, the guardrails on our adjustable ramps do not come attached. We include all the hardware needed to easily attach both rails or just one rail if needed.
Can you do pets' names, initials, etc. On the steps or ramps ?
No, we do not.
Do you ship international?
No, we only ship within the US (excluding Alaska & Hawaii).
Do you ship to PO Box or APO addresses?
Due to the size of our products, we do not. We can ship it to your local UPS store though.
